BUDO SPIRIT - karate, martial arts

I am a 65 year old former police detective, academic and more recently the principal of a training organisation specialising in investigative skills training for police and other government investigators. I am married, live at Noosaville, and my wife, Bernadette and I have a son a school teacher. I have always been interested in the martial arts having practised judo for a number of years when I was young. It was only recently that I decided to study karate as a means of getting fit after a right knee replacement and open heart surgery. So far, I am finding my karate lessons at KBI, Noosaville very challenging and extremely enjoyable and I would recommend it to everyone.
