Hi I'm travelling to India in November for the KBI World Championships. This is my first trip abroad, does anyone have any advice to make my planning easier.

Hi Mate, Go to a good doctor who has experience with overseas illness,s, get all your shots, cholera, hep, etc. Get pills for Bali belly, travel light, pre paid phone cards, 2 forms of money (card and cash), don't have a credit card with a huge limit on it, good travel insurance especially medical and recovery back to Aus, buy local clothes from markets and try not to look like you just got off the plane even if you have, don't make eye contact with hawkers or beggers, don't drink the water (beer is much safer), try different food (wash down with beer), keep your passport safe and above all keep an open mind, experience as much as you can and have a ball.
